■鉴定员、维修工挂牌上岗,在服务商维修区域的显著位置悬挂维修作业人员培训证明，供用户挑选。

■机（陆用台州箱式变压器组驱动型）的新机检查、维修严格按厂家标准执行，并将相关程序上墙公布。

■所有台州箱式变压器组都必须在专修区进行维修。

■使用合格的维修工具。

2、及时服务

■及在全国的服务商坚持24小时值班制度，全天候为用户服务。

■用户的来人、来函、来电在8小时内得到及时处理和反馈。

■用户的质量保证服务4小时内得到落实，紧急调件在24小时发出（机（陆用台州箱式变压器组驱动型）总成除外）。
